Serving Life through Inner Alignment First
This month is a time of stronger contemplation and dreamtime connection, where there is a heightened potential for guidance to come through that part of ourselves that is not in constant defend and explain mode. Being a warrior of light, of the truth, and expressing oneself freely often entails going silent rather than endless mundane chatter. The more we talk, pushing our energy outwards, the less we can receive internally. Going the solitary way is sometimes necessary to attune ourselves vertically and actually build the light quotient that is essential for being of service horizontally. Only through keeping our triad (mind, body and spirit) clear and pure may we become the righteous representatives for the New Earth.
We are first serving all of Life in its essence of oneness, rather than trying to help in a way of isolating one of the parts, producing more fragmentation instead of togetherness. The connection to the cosmos and the connection to nature are one in the same. Through communion with the Divine we realize we are part of this One Holy Creation of Spirit, rather than floating in isolated egocentric bubbles. We are guardians, stewards of Gaia, but we do so by properly becoming the microcosm to her macrocosm, forming ourselves as integral sovereign beings who are open hearted as well as aligned to Universal Law.
The dominant culture has a way of programming us away from the natural and eternal structures of life. This can be seen in the standardization of the Gregorian calendar and its making time into a linear construct of past, present and future; something that can be captured and controlled. Most ancient traditions, on the other hand, knew time to be cyclic, spiralic; aligned with the movement of the Moon. More and more we will be asked to integrate this sense of fluid, feminine time flow, perhaps by studying the Cosmovisions of the Maya, Inca or other enlightened timekeeper cultures. Through this we begin to understand that there is an alternative to rushing, having constant goals, and trying to do things outside of the natural rhythm of life.
We are just one species in a vast intricate ecosystem of life. We must play our part, having the courage to go beyond the matrix system, the “technosphere” that is at odds with the health of our precious biosphere. It starts with making ourselves the luminous temple wherein we will receive the proper knowledge of life. It is to drink from this inner fountain first and always safeguard its integrity, understanding when it is right to express, share and speak out— and when it is better to participate through silence, which is just as, if not more valuable. The stillness is like heavenly Manna for the soul; the nutrients needed for right action, right speech.
Peace is found in unity. And that peace is absolutely priceless if we are to become spiritual guides with strong core power rather than people just speaking about concepts. When we are in unified consciousness, the Sacred Medicine Wheel of all life, no more do we worry about others or feel the immense burden of needing to “save” the world. God takes care of all beings and there is a plan of perfection unfolding that we may ride along with if we so choose. This entails giving up the egotistic need for power over others— which includes the power of knowing how everything should be— and instead remaining open to the Great Unknown, the mystery beyond the domain of the control-based mind.
Resolving the duality ingrained deeply in mass consciousness will only happen when we first resolve the sense of separation within and work towards divine alchemical union. So when we take note of manifestations of conflict in the world, we can refrain from going into reaction and instead start a new spin of the spiral where we begin the arduous yet beautiful process of inner transformation; becoming reborn and baptizing ourselves in Divine Love.
Because straight is the gate and narrow is the way that leads to eternal life. This refers less to our exterior achievements and labels we attach to ourselves and more to the degree to which we have purified our own hearts. At one point, each one will undergo the Christed rite of passage wherein the Sacred Fire burns and alchemizes all darkness we have carried. So-called spiritual leadership is about showing the way in this aspect; of recreating oneself in the image of Christ, a son or daughter of God, which means one who has remembered their Original state of being.
The pioneering way is a path of courage and resilience, and oftentimes one will have to reject that which is comfortable and safe, becoming a hermit so that she can once again return to society with something actually valuable, real light, to share. In this sense it is not about a false sense of duty to the relative collectives we belong to but more about how we have come into unity consciousness within ourselves; how we have coalesced the diverse color palette of creation within our own prism, feeling the latent power of all aspects, archetypes of the grand design. And the way a being chooses to manifest these encoded potentials is what makes each one a unique and precious part of Divine Reality.
The Purpose of Creativity
Creativity is only at its most superficial level a process of bringing forth a material object that before did not exist. This is creation on the mundane level, but to be a true creator means that one is attuned to the universal forces that flow through the individual point in space; the star-crossed meeting point of the objective- the Mind of God- and the subjective- the eyes of the soul. This is a sacred work of alchemy and it must be treated as such. So the vampiric way in which the collective has conditioned itself to relate to energy makes it impossible for us to have a healthy relationship with our creative capacities. Most people do not undergo a yogic education whereby they come to work with energy consciously- the dynamic between receiving and giving, input and output. Therefore, any attempts to create without properly understanding how this dynamic fits into the larger pattern or rhythm of life, will not be a force for sustaining the vitality of the planet but for siphoning it for selfish purposes.
This is obvious in the overachiever culture, where it is seen as noble to have goals and to-do lists, and work at something in order to have a personal achievement, a product to present to others as an end result. But this mentality totally misses the point of the true power of creation, which is to always first commune with Spirit, expanding the sacred weaving of life. The social media crazy culture has inverted it so that people are constantly doing and making things in order to show themselves off to others and augment their false ego structures. But when even just one individual begins to create from the heart space, without any desire or expectation for reward, this ripples throughout the global field and helps to reconnect and recalibrate the collective towards the Origin of life, from where true creativity may flourish.
“We shall see that man himself is the crucible for alchemical transformation— for good or for ill— and that whatsoever he decrees for his microcosm will sooner or later appear upon the horizon of the Macrocosm.” — Elizabeth and Mark Prophet, The Path of the Higher Self, p. 69
